1. Getting Started

1.1 System Requirements

  • Browser: Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
  • Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection
  • Screen Resolution: Minimum 1280x720 pixels

1.2 Logging In

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to your clinic URL
  2. Enter your credentials (Email and Password)
  3. Click Sign In

1.3 First-Time Setup

  1. Profile Information - Verify your professional details
  2. PRC License - Ensure your license number is correct
  3. Signature - Upload your digital signature for prescriptions
  4. Schedule - Set up your availability
  5. Macros - Create shortcuts for common diagnoses and notes

2. Dashboard & Queue Management

The Doctor Dashboard is your command center for daily patient consultations.

2.1 Dashboard Overview

  • Today's Statistics - Appointments completed, pending, and cancelled
  • Patient Queue - List of checked-in patients waiting
  • Upcoming Appointments - Schedule for the day
  • Quick Actions - Start consultation, view schedule

2.2 Patient Queue

2.3 Starting a Consultation

  1. Find the patient in the queue
  2. Click Start Consultation button
  3. The consultation timer begins automatically
  4. Patient status changes to "In Consultation"

3. Patient Consultations

3.1 Consultation Workflow

  1. Start Consultation - Opens the consultation panel
  2. Review History - Check patient's previous visits
  3. Record SOAP Notes - Document the encounter
  4. Generate Prescription - If medication needed
  5. Create Referral - If specialist needed
  6. Generate Documents - Medical certificates, lab requests
  7. End Consultation - Complete and bill the visit

3.2 SOAP Notes

SOAP notes are the standard format for clinical documentation:

3.3 Diagnosis (ICD-10)

  1. In the Assessment section, click Add Diagnosis
  2. Search by ICD-10 code (e.g., "J06.9") or disease name
  3. Select from search results
  4. Mark as Primary or Secondary diagnosis

3.5 Ending a Consultation

  1. Ensure all documentation is complete
  2. Click End Consultation
  3. Review the billing summary
  4. Confirm charges
  5. Print any required documents

4. Prescriptions

4.1 Creating a Prescription

  1. During consultation, click Prescription tab
  2. Click + Add Medication
  3. Search for medication by generic or brand name
  4. Fill in prescription details:

4.2 Prescription Templates

  1. Create a prescription as usual
  2. Click Save as Template
  3. Name your template (e.g., "UTI Standard")
  4. Access later via Templates dropdown

4.3 Printing Prescriptions

Prescription includes: Clinic letterhead, Patient information, Medications with instructions, Doctor's signature, PRC License number

5.2 Creating an Appointment

  1. Click + New Appointment
  2. Select or search for patient
  3. Choose date and time
  4. Select clinic (if multiple)
  5. Add notes (optional)
  6. Click Schedule

6. Schedule Management

6.1 Setting Your Availability

  1. Navigate to My Schedule
  2. Click Set Availability
  3. For each day, configure: Start Time, End Time, Break Time, Slot Duration

6.3 Blocking Time Off

  1. Click Block Time
  2. Select start and end dates
  3. Choose Full Day or Partial
  4. Add reason (optional)
  5. Click Save

7. Patient Management

7.1 My Patients

View all patients you have consulted with: Name and photo, Last visit date, Total visits, Contact information

7.2 Patient Chart

Access comprehensive patient records:

  • Demographics - Full name, age, birthday, gender, address, emergency contact
  • Medical History - Past medical history, surgical history, family history, allergies
  • Consultation History - All previous visits, SOAP notes, diagnoses, treatments
  • Documents - Lab results, imaging reports, referral letters

9. Macros & Shortcuts

Macros save time by providing shortcuts for frequently used text.

9.2 Creating Macros

  1. Navigate to Macros
  2. Click + New Macro
  3. Fill in: Shortcut, Category (S/O/A/P), Content
  4. Click Save

9.3 Using Macros

  1. In any SOAP text field
  2. Type your shortcut (e.g., .urti)
  3. Press Tab or Space
  4. Text automatically expands

10-11. Staff & Settings

10.1 Viewing Your Staff

Navigate to My Staff to see Medical Secretaries assigned to your clinics.

Your assigned secretaries can: Check in patients, Manage your appointment queue, Handle billing and payments, Print documents on your behalf.

11.1 Profile Settings

Update: Name and title, PRC License Number, PTR Number, S2 License, Specialty, Contact information

11.2 Digital Signature

  1. Go to Profile > Signature
  2. Upload signature image (PNG with transparent background)
  3. Or draw signature using the pad
  4. Click Save Signature

12. Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • Cannot Start Consultation - Patient not checked in. Have Secretary check in the patient first.
  • Prescription Not Printing - Check printer settings and ensure signature is uploaded.
  • Schedule Not Showing - Set up your weekly schedule in My Schedule.
  • Patient Not Found - Search by phone number or ask patient for their ID.
